Why was Hero Palette created?
Hero Palette was born out of a personal frustration many miniature painters can probably relate to: "painting paralysis". As a hobby painter with a busy life, I often find myself going long stretches between painting sessions. By the time I return to what I was painting before, I often struggle to remember the exact steps or colour combinations I used, making it difficult to achieve consistency across my armies. This can lead to a lack of motivation, and after spending time setting up, sometimes I end up just pack everything away without getting any painting done.
I created Hero Palette to solve these problems. I wanted somewhere that I could write down my paint recipes in an easy to read, step by step format, so that I can refer back whenever I'm painting another mini that uses the recipe.
